The month of April has been somewhat of a challenge for the Leasing Team.  Applicants have a wide variety of choice from the market at present, so the challenge has been to ensure ample viewing times are available, to engage applicants to attend the viewings, and ultimately submit an application.

Outside influences have also played a big part this month, such as   neighbours’ dogs barking, and the condition of some neighbouring  properties that has affected the number of people who lose interest after viewing the property.

The team have tackled this by open communication with the neighbours which has led to an increase in the number of people viewing the     properties.

The long weekend has also seen a spike in registered interest of our available properties.

Statistics for April:

Northside:  Total of 16 properties leased  | Vacancy Rate:  1.15%

Southside: Total of 8 properties leased  | Vacancy Rate:  1.7%
