Our Leasing Team have faced some challenges over the month. Kellie, one of our Northside Consultants, learnt the wrong way to erect a For Rent sign and managed to strike mallet onto her finger instead of the post!

We are pleased to report that after a 2-week recovery period Kellie is now back on board. Thanks to Lorraine for holding the fort!

The quality of tenant applications has generally been poor, with a large proportion not meeting our tenant selection criteria. Despite this, we have had enough good applicants to tenant a total of 37 properties for the month and maintain a low vacancy rate.

Southside:  Total of 13 properties leased  | Vacancy Rate: 3.3%
