On Tuesday 17th, January, Laura Valenti was interviewed on ABC Brisbane Breakfast Radio on the pressures property managers face every day in the current rental market squeeze.
Being in the middle between landlords and tenants and working hard to keep everyone happy is causing higher levels of stress for property managers. It’s an issue Laura is passionate about for all our PM’s, but also at a broader industry level in her role as REIQ Board Director.
They discussed a wide range of issue including the record number of applicants for each rental property attracts and how PM’s look at applications.
