Carol has had a varied career which includes years of administration experience as well as running her own business. When Carol joined us as receptionist in January 2012, she had already worked for several years in the Property Management industry. Carol’s dedication, adaptability and positive attitude has resulted in promotion to second-in-charge at our busy corporate office.

From interior design to property sales and administration, Claudette boasts an extensive background working in the property industry in her hometown of Johannesburg. Claudette’s calm and friendly disposition are a good match for greeting customers at the front desk and providing front line support to the team.

Her main role is to assist our Accounts Manager, and Vicki is excited to utilise her skills in administration, organisation, time management and attention to detail to support the team and our clients.

Starting out as receptionist, Rebecca moved into a property management support role, and took on the daunting task of maintenance co-ordinator for our northside office during the devastating 2022 floods.

Rebecca is now assisting our managing director with growth management and client liaison.

Rebecca has extensive administration experience and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Her organisational skills are a positive contribution to support our team to achieve outstanding customer service.

Joining us as Portfolio Manager in 2014, Caroline assumed the 'senior' role, leading to her promotion to Team Leader, and ultimately to Division Manager.

Over the years, Caroline has been a major contributor to Solutions’ success, assisting Laura to implement proper processes and training. As Division Manager, Caroline now oversees the property management team - monitoring KPIs, legal compliancy, and ensuring the team is trained to provide the most efficient service to our clients.

Since 2019, Caroline has served as industry expert on the REIQ Property Management Chapter Committee, providing consultation on important issues in our industry.

Michelle uses her transferrable skills in customer service, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, attention to detail, and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders to provide outstanding service to our landlord and tenant clients.

Friendly and approachable, yet with highly developed organisational skills, Raquel is self-motivated to ensure all owners and tenants receive an exceptional rental experience.

Joining Solutions in 2023, it wasn’t long before Kerri’s natural business acumen and tenacity had her landlords and tenant feeling relaxed in her hands.

Kerri’s exemplary work ethic, reliability, and commitment to supporting her clients is second to none. Kerri looks forward to building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

Liza’s strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sharp attention to detail makes her the perfect fit for our capable and proactive property management team.

With 9 years of property management experience under her belt, Shea also brings with her an abundance of expertise in commercial leasing, new developments, and asset management.

Before Real Estate, Shea studied Human Resources and has a very strong customer service background gained in 14 years of hospitality.

Shea embraces opportunity and works hard to achieve results in whatever she does. This is evidenced by listening her clients sing her praises.

Darren joined us in 2017 with a background in hospitality and customer service, which taught him the fundamentals of making his customers feel at ease while maintaining a professional, respectful demeanour. Turning his people skills to dealing with new investor clients was an easy transition for Darren.

When a lifestyle change meant a move to Ipswich, Peta eagerly accepted a Property Management role in our Springfield office.

Equipped with several years of customer service experience in various industries, as well as a calm disposition and desire to help people, Peta is a valued team member and much loved by our owner and tenant clients.

After 5 years’ experience in the retail industry, Shani was looking for career progression and was introduced to Real Estate through a friend. Shani joined our team in 2022 and is loving the challenges that each day brings.
