June has seen a quieter month for the Leasing Team, as current tenants choose to renew their mid-year leases rather than leave. This stability in tenancies has a good flow-on effect for everyone.

The leasing team have found that there have been less groups overall at the viewings of available properties and the number of applications for each property has also dropped.

The good news is that we are receiving a higher quality of applications, and we are securing tenants for properties BEFORE they are vacant.
This is keeping our overall vacancy rate low, and of course assists owners to maximise their rental return.
